Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to confirmed Streamlineapi course seats and panel arrangements. Prices on the website are informational; refunds relate only to fees actually paid under a confirmed enrollment.

Eligibility

Self-paced Claim Desk seats are eligible for a full refund if you request cancellation within 14 days of payment and have completed less than 20% of graded module checkpoints. Ledger Cohort seats are eligible for a full refund up to seven days before the cohort start date. After a cohort begins, refunds are partial as described below.

Timeframe to request

Send refund requests to contact@streamlineapi.digital with your full name, organization, invoice number, and reason. Requests should arrive within the eligibility windows above.

Full and partial refunds

Full refund: unused Claim Desk seats within 14 days and under the 20% checkpoint limit; Ledger Cohort seats cancelled at least seven days before start; Continuity Panel annual fees cancelled in writing before the panel start date when no custom claim universe work has begun.

Partial refund: Ledger Cohort cancellations within six days of start or after start but before week three receive 50% of seat fees. After week three, cohort fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Non-refundable items

Completed custom claim universe production for Continuity Panel, third-party examination fees (if any are arranged separately), and seats transferred to another learner at your request are not refundable. Promotional discounts already applied are not paid out as cash.

Refund process

We confirm receipt within two business days, verify eligibility against progress logs and invoice records, and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are initiated within 14 business days of approval.

Processing time and method

Bank or card processing may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your institution. Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless we agree in writing to an alternate method for wire or purchase-order payments.

Cancellation by Streamlineapi

If we cancel a cohort or panel start, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under the laws of Taiwan(China) take precedence where they grant broader rights. Documented medical or military deployment interruptions may qualify for deferral instead of refund at our discretion.
